Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some state and municipal governments are enacting holiday anticipations.
In the city of São Paulo, for example, the Corpus Christi (06/11) and Black Awareness Day (11/20) holidays were brought forward to May 20 and 21, 2020, respectively (Decree nº 59.450, of 5/18/2020).
We inform all customers, employees and partners that DBS Partner will not adopt this practice, due to the Payroll Processing commitments and deliveries, already agreed on a schedule with all our customers.
Therefore, our employees will have their breaks during the holidays provided for in the original calendar.
Any other exceptional situation will be dealt with directly with the customer and employee.
