Ordinance No. 21,232, of September 23, 2020
Ordinance 21.232 / 2020 of the Ministry of Economy / Special Secretariat for Social Security and Labor was published, which provides for the availability of the processing result of the Accident Prevention Factor - FAP in 2020, effective for the year 2021.
Thus, we highlight the following points:
For the calculation of the FAP that will be in force in 2021, information from the social security databases of the years 2018 and 2019 were used.
The FAP will be available for consultation as of 09/30/2020 and can be accessed on the websites of Social Security (https://www.gov.br/previdencia) and of the Special Secretariat of the Federal Revenue of Brazil - RFB (www.receita.economia.gov.br).
The establishments will be able to contest the FAP assigned by the Ministry of Economy, exclusively by electronic means, through the form that must be transmitted between 01 and 30 November 2020.
